Precautions for use
1. The formed products or plates produced by HF materials shall be tested for oxygen index. The oxygen index must be ≥ 30.(The samples tested for oxygen index must be naturally placed at 25 ℃ for 28 days in the international GB10801.1-2002), or the samples can only be sent for testing after being dried in a drying room at 65 ℃ for 72 hours.
2. During the production process, it is necessary to strictly prevent other materials from mixing EPS phase to cause pollution, and cannot pass the oxygen index test and combustion test.
Storage Considerations
1. EPS storage place should be cool and well ventilated. In order to prevent the foaming agent from escaping too fast, maintain a moderate magnification. The storage room temperature is preferably below 25 ℃, and keep ventilated.
2, EPS contains combustible volatile foaming agent, in the storage state will also be alleviated, so the original particles, foam particles or molded products place is strictly prohibited fireworks, static electricity or lightning, so as to avoid danger.
3, raw materials as far as possible first use, keep fresh, in order to obtain stable operating conditions and good products.
